Shanagarry hosted our first round of the junior A hurling championship this year against Youghal on a sunny afternoon, Erins Own had a strong team out who were the dominant side & led from start to finish, James O Carroll was on form with a goal & five points, Cathal Heavey also on form with a goal & two points, Peter Kelly a goal & two points, Diarmuid Ring got four points, Diarmuid O Flynn, Andrew Power & James Carr hit three points each, Kevin Fenton hit points, Dara Twomey & man of the match Ronan O Carroll both got a point each, Ronan O Carroll, Diarmuid O Flynn, Dara Twomey, Andrew Power, James O Carroll, James Carr, Cathal Heavey & Diarmuid Ring played well on the day, Team in Full:
